Upgraded MDS Scribe Tool for FY2027 Swing Bed units and Skilled Nursing Facilities

NEW~ LCDS Scribe FY2027 – due to the popularity of MDS Scribe FY2026, Psari Tools is pleased to announce we are creating an inexpensive software solution to help Long-Term Care Hospitals (LTCH) who now are also needing a solution to submit LCDS assessments to iQIES in .xml format.

Retiring jRAVEN in 2023, CMS then retired the iQIES user interface https://www.mcknights.com/news/ask-the-payment-expert-about-iqies/. Hospitals that changed their Critical Access Hospital (CAH) status or were unable to purchase expensive EMR software for the simple task of generating an XML file of their MDS Assessments, have been very satisfied with their FY2026 MDS Scribe Tools.

Meant as a replacement for iQIES UI manual entry and LASER (LTCH Assessment Submission Entry and Reporting) retired software. It will have many of the same great features of our MDS Scribe with additional QRP indicators.
